Waimea had the biggest increase in single family home sales, from last year, with a 76.67 %  increase in the number of homes sold.  Koloa came in next with a 44.76% increase, followed by Kawaihau and then Lihue.  Hanalei showed a decrease in home sales from last year, 2015.
